Have your classes disappeared? Here's what may have happened:
- You may have logged in with the wrong email address. Try logging in with the email address that you usually get our emails with. If you're not sure which email address your Lalilo account corresponds to, you can submit a Support ticket. Please provide your full name, school name and school zip code.
- Your classes may have been archived. Please see Archiving classes and students.
- If your account had been rostered via the Renaissance Growth Platform, your classes may have been re-rostered to another teacher by your admin. Feel free to submit a Support ticket so we can take a look, or to contact your admin.
- Your classes may have been deleted or archived by their primary teacher. If they don't see it either, or if you are the primary teacher, you can submit a Support ticket with the names of the classes and a few student names.
