Before you try to sync your class and students with Clever, you will need to check the points below:
- You are listed as the students' primary teacher on Clever.
- You have synced your Lalilo teacher account to Clever—if you don't know how, please refer to Teacher - Set up Clever Library.
- You are logged in to both your Clever and Lalilo accounts. If you are logged in to Lalilo as an administrator, you won't be able to add or sync a class. You will need to be logged in to the teacher's Clever and Lalilo accounts to add or sync a class.
⚠️ All the steps below only apply if you are the primary teacher. Co-teachers will need to ask the primary teacher to follow these steps.
There is no class on your Lalilo account yet
- Select Add class.
- You will see all the sections for which you are the lead teacher. Select the one you want to sync with Lalilo.
- You will be prompted to enter your school and validate your class details.
- Your class and students are now synced with Clever. Your class will show a blue
logo.
You have already created a class on Lalilo - now how do you sync it with Clever?
- Select Connect with Clever below your class.
- The list of your Clever sections will appear. Select the one you want to sync with Lalilo.
- Your Lalilo students will have been matched with your Clever section, but you can adjust if they haven't been matched properly. If there is no match, a profile will be created from scratch.
- Your class and students are now synced with Clever. Your class will show a blue
logo.
If you see the error message "Oops! Something went wrong :-/", this means that your class had probably been synced to another teacher's account in the past.
To successfully sync the class with your account, you should use the "Add class" functionality instead:
