Since June 26th, 2024, Clever Library is not available for student rostering on Lalilo anymore. What can I do to transition safely?
Since June 26th, 2024, Clever Library is not available for student rostering on Lalilo anymore:
- No Lalilo tile in the Clever Library anymore
- No buttons in the Lalilo teacher interface to synchronize your account with Clever or update your existing Clever rostering anymore
Below, you will find the steps that will allow you to keep using Lalilo, depending on whether you are using the Complete version of Lalilo or not.
Until you implement these steps, your Lalilo account will not be available to you anymore.
If you are a user of Lalilo's Complete version and you teach English
If you bought Lalilo's Complete version (and you teach English) and you were rostered via Clever Library, you will have to transition to RGP (Renaissance Learning) as a rostering system.
For that, you can contact our rostering team at the following e-mail address: enablement@renaissance.com.
They will help you set things up on RGP.
Keep in mind that selecting French will not be an option on RGP so, if you teach the French version of Lalilo, please read the section below.
If you are a user of Lalilo's Complete version and you teach French
If you are using Lalilo's Complete version (and you teach French) and you were rostered via Clever Library, you will have to transition to a manual account.
For that, you can implement a password to be sure to access Lalilo's teacher interface, using the “reset a password” link and process: https://app.lalilo.com/#/forgot-password.
Once this is done, your account will become accessible via this page: https://app.lalilo.com/#/login?type=TEACHER. You can save this link in your favorites to make sure you can easily access it whenever you need it.
Also remember to communicate their school code and/or home codes to the students, so they can access their own Lalilo interface from this portal: https://app.lalilo.com/#/portal.
If you are a user of Lalilo's Basic version or free trial
If you are using Lalilo's Basic version (or the 60-day free trial) and you were rostered via Clever, you will have to transition to a manual account.
For that, you can implement a password to be sure to access Lalilo's teacher interface, using the “reset a password” link and process: https://app.lalilo.com/#/forgot-password.
Once this is done, your account will become accessible via this page: https://app.lalilo.com/#/login?type=TEACHER. You can save this link in your favorites to make sure you can easily access it whenever you need it.
Also remember to communicate their school code and/or home codes to the students, so they can access their own Lalilo interface from this portal: https://app.lalilo.com/#/portal.
