To encourage regular usage of Lalilo, an actionable email will be sent to Lalilo Complete users, providing an overview of how the week went. The content of the email can change based on usage or lack thereof and is only sent to the primary teacher of the class.

List of students who actively used Lalilo during the week and those who did not.

Which students need additional help?

List of students needing additional support with a lesson(s) and, where applicable, relevant lessons in Nearpod to help reinforce the concepts.

Assignment Discovery

Personalized assignment recommendations are sent to teachers for their classes. Upon selecting a suggested task, users will be directed to the creation page where all necessary information has already been entered.

Recommendations are computed each week with two criteria:

• the most popular assignments in similar classes over the last 3 weeks
• most popular assignments in similar classes for the current period in previous years

The weekly email is sent regardless of activity. However, if there's no activity for 5 weeks, the emails will cease. Emails are sent on Fridays, prior to the end of the school day.
